was born on February 28th 1964.
He obtained his law degree at the University of Antwerp (U.I.A.) in 1987 and a postgraduate degree in Notary Public at the University of Brussels (V.U.B. ) in 1988.
Marc BUYENS joined the Antwerp bar in 1988, where he practised law in the most general way, specialising in employment and redundancy law, insurance, road traffic and personal injury claims, housing and arrears litigation, property law and commercial law.
